Our spaces represent the three souls of Regiacorte. The Grotta, once a manger, a humble refuge for people and animals, is now the most intimate heart of Regiacorte. The Terrazza suspended between the barren nature of the ravine and the bare rock of the stone. The Cantina, an archive of flavors, a place of passage between the earth and the plate.
